All Saints’ parishioners are now receiving a beautifully formatted weekly email newsletter, the eGazette! The eGazette replaces the text emails formerly sent to members and friends about upcoming events and news with html formatted emails. The html formatting allows us to incorporate graphics and a more sophisticated arrangement of content that includes links to standard features on our parish web site such as the ProO newsletter, Omnibus member secure site, and worship service schedules. We are partnering with a company named Constant Contact to provide high quality, authenticated emails to better provide news of interest to our members.

The mailing list for the eGazette will initially be generated from the listed emails we have in our parish database. Unlisted emails will not receive any eGazette emails. If you think we may not have your current email address, or if you would like to change your email listing from “unlisted” to “listed”, please update your email information using the Omnibus member secure site or send an email to the parish Membership Secretary, Nicholas Hughes.

1. If your email will not display the images, you will have the option to open the email in your browser.
   (see item 1 in screenshot above)


2. You will receive the eGazette because of your relationship with All Saints’ as a member or staff member. When you receive your first issue, we ask that you confirm your interest in continuing to receive emails from us. Simply click on the link at the top of the email to make your confirmation (see item 2).


3. If you wish to unsubscribe, you may do that in two places: At the top of the page (see item 3) or at the bottom of the page (see SafeUnscribe, item 6). Unsubscribing will remove you from future weekly eGazette mailings.


4. eGazette emails are personalized and will be addressed to you using your first name as found in your user profile. (see item 4)


5. Content will include both changing and standard features. Our initial vision is to have one feature article or news piece each week, with standard fare including Quick Links to our web site, Monthly Outreach information, and a Weekly Calendar. (see item 5, “In This Issue” and “Quick Links”)


6. Changing preferences is easy to do. Simply click on the link to Update Profile/Email Address (see item 6).

You can use this feature to:
a. Subscribe or unsubscribe from all eGazette and other specially formatted emails from All Saints’,
b. let us know of your interests,
c. update your name,
d. update your email address, and
e. select preference for email formatting (html or text).
Please note that information added to the preferences area will NOT affect the information in our parish database.
